Dish scan or recipe import isn't working?

• Check your internet connection — scanning and importing need to reach our server.
• For screenshot imports, make sure the screenshot shows the recipe text (ingredients and steps), not just the food photo.
• Instagram and TikTok links can't be read directly — screenshot the recipe caption and use photo import instead.

Store finder shows nothing nearby?

• Make sure NaijaEats has location permission (Settings → NaijaEats → Location).
• Store data comes from OpenStreetMap — in some areas African shops haven't been mapped yet.

Premium & billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
• To cancel: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions (iPhone), or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
• Bought Premium before on this account? Tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
